1. Who can use Bizz Reviews

Bizz Reviews is built for legitimate businesses that want to collect honest customer reviews and feedback. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to use the Service on behalf of yourself or your business.

You agree to provide accurate account information and keep your details up to date.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account, your login details, and any activity that happens under your account. Please keep your password secure and do not share access with anyone who is not authorized by your business.

3. Acceptable use

You may use Bizz Reviews to collect honest, voluntary reviews and customer feedback from real customers.

You may not use Bizz Reviews to:

• Create, buy, sell, or encourage fake reviews
• Pressure customers to leave a specific rating
• Mislead customers about where their feedback is going
• Impersonate another business, person, or organization
• Violate Google review policies or any applicable law
• Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or misuse the Service
• Use customer information for spam or unauthorized marketing

If your account is used in a way that harms customers, violates review platform rules, or creates legal risk, we may suspend or close it.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Bizz Reviews is a subscription service. Pricing, billing frequency, and included features are shown at checkout, on your billing page, or on our pricing page.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring payments until your subscription is cancelled.

You can cancel anytime from your billing page or by contacting [email protected].

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

• Subscription fees are generally non refundable once a billing period begins
• You can cancel anytime to avoid future billing
• Unused and unactivated Bizz Tags may be eligible for return within the return window
• Shipping fees are non refundable once an order has shipped

6. Bizz Tags and physical products

Bizz Tags are physical products that help customers access your review or feedback flow through QR and NFC technology. You are responsible for placing, activating, and maintaining your Bizz Tags.

7. Customer data and privacy

Customer data collected through Bizz Reviews belongs to you. We use that data only to provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service.

You are responsible for collecting customer information legally and using it in compliance with the privacy laws that apply to your business.

8. Reviews and content

You are responsible for the business information, review forms, messages, logos, images, and other content you submit through Bizz Reviews.

You confirm that you have the right to use anything you upload or publish through the Service and that your content is accurate, lawful, and not misleading.

We may remove content that violates these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, our Review Compliance Policy, or applicable law.

9. Review compliance

Bizz Reviews is designed to support honest customer feedback. You may not use the Service to manipulate, fake, suppress, or misrepresent reviews.

We do not guarantee that customers will leave reviews, that your rating will increase, or that any review platform will publish a review.

Your reputation depends on your customer experience. Bizz Reviews simply helps make the feedback process easier.

10. Intellectual property

The Bizz Reviews name, website, software, dashboard, product designs, visual assets, and related materials belong to Bizz Reviews or its licensors.

You may use the Service while your account is active, but you may not copy, modify, resell, or use our materials to build a competing product.

11. Third party services

Bizz Reviews may connect with third party services such as Google, Stripe, hosting providers, analytics tools, and email services. These services have their own terms and privacy policies.

Bizz Reviews is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. Google and the Google logo are trademarks of Google LLC.

12. Service availability

We work to keep Bizz Reviews reliable, secure, and available. However, we cannot promise that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error free, or available at all times.

We may update, pause, or modify parts of the Service for maintenance, security, legal, or product improvement reasons.

13. Cancellation and account closure

You can cancel your subscription anytime. After cancellation, you will generally keep access until the end of your current billing period.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, create legal risk, abuse the Service, or harm the integrity of Bizz Reviews.

14. Disclaimers

Bizz Reviews is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee specific results, review volume, rating improvements, customer responses, or uninterrupted access.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Bizz Reviews is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to Bizz Reviews in the 12 months before the claim.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold Bizz Reviews harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses that arise from your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third party right.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

If you are located somewhere that gives you mandatory consumer or privacy rights, those rights are not limited by these Terms.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Last updated date on this page.

If a change is significant, we may notify you by email, dashboard message, or another reasonable method. Continued use of Bizz Reviews after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
