How cancellations, subscription billing, Bizz Tag returns, and refund requests work.
This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, returns, and billing issues are handled for Bizz Reviews subscriptions and physical products.
We try to keep billing simple and fair. If something looks wrong, contact us and we will review it.
1. Subscription refunds
Bizz Reviews subscriptions are generally non refundable once a billing period begins.
You can cancel anytime to prevent future charges. After cancellation, you will usually keep access until the end of your current billing period.
2. Free trials and promotions
If Bizz Reviews offers a free trial or promotional period, the terms will be shown at signup or checkout.
After a trial or promotion ends, your subscription may renew at the regular price unless cancelled before renewal.
3. Billing errors
If you believe you were charged by mistake, contact us at [email protected].
We may issue a refund or credit if we confirm there was a billing error.
4. Bizz Tag returns
Unused and unactivated Bizz Tags may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if they are in their original condition.
Activated, damaged, used, custom, or personalized Bizz Tags are not eligible for return unless required by law.
5. Shipping fees
Shipping fees are non refundable once an order has shipped.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by our mistake.
6. Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may ask for photos, order details, and shipping information before sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
7. Refund processing time
Approved refunds are usually processed back to the original payment method. Processing time may depend on Stripe, your card provider, or your bank.
8. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first. We are usually able to resolve billing issues faster than a bank dispute.
Accounts with active chargebacks may be paused while the dispute is reviewed.
