The rules for using Bizz Reviews responsibly, honestly, and legally.

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is and is not allowed when using Bizz Reviews.

Bizz Reviews is built for real businesses collecting honest customer reviews and feedback. Do not use the Service in a way that misleads customers, violates platform rules, or harms others.

1. Permitted use

You may use Bizz Reviews to:

  • Collect honest reviews from real customers
  • Collect private feedback from customers
  • Display QR codes, NFC Bizz Tags, and review links
  • Manage feedback through your dashboard
  • Improve customer service and business reputation

2. Fake reviews are not allowed

You may not create, buy, sell, trade, or encourage fake reviews.

You may not submit reviews on behalf of customers unless a review platform specifically allows that behavior.

3. No pressure or improper incentives

You may not pressure customers to leave a specific rating or review.

You may not offer compensation, discounts, gifts, rewards, or special treatment in exchange for positive reviews unless allowed by applicable law and platform rules.

4. No misleading use

You may not mislead customers about where their feedback goes, who will see it, or how it will be used.

Your business information, review links, and customer facing content must be accurate.

5. Respect customer privacy

You may not use customer information collected through Bizz Reviews for spam, unauthorized marketing, harassment, or unrelated purposes.

You are responsible for following privacy laws that apply to your business.

6. Security rules

You may not:

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload Bizz Reviews
  • Access accounts, systems, or data without permission
  • Upload malware, malicious code, or harmful content
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or resell the Service
  • Use automation in a way that harms the Service

7. Prohibited content

You may not upload or publish content that is illegal, abusive, deceptive, hateful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or violates another person’s rights.

8. Enforcement

If we believe your use of Bizz Reviews violates this policy, we may remove content, suspend your account, limit access, cancel service, or take other action we believe is necessary.

Serious violations may result in account closure without a refund.
