Review Compliance Policy

1. Honest reviews only

Reviews should come from real customers sharing real experiences.

You may not create fake reviews, ask employees to pretend to be customers, or submit reviews on behalf of customers unless a review platform specifically allows it.

2. No review gating

You may not use Bizz Reviews to block, hide, or prevent customers from leaving a public review based on whether their feedback is positive or negative.

Customers should be free to share honest feedback and make their own decision about leaving a review.

3. No rating pressure

You may not pressure, threaten, or manipulate customers into leaving a specific star rating.

Review requests should be honest, neutral, and respectful.

4. No improper incentives

You may not offer money, gifts, discounts, rewards, or special treatment in exchange for positive reviews unless clearly allowed by applicable law and the review platform’s rules.

5. Private feedback

Bizz Reviews may help businesses collect private feedback so they can understand customer concerns and improve service.

Private feedback should be used for service recovery, customer care, and business improvement. It should not be used to mislead customers or manipulate public reviews.

6. Google review policies

If you use Bizz Reviews with Google reviews, you are responsible for following Google’s policies and any other rules that apply to your Google Business Profile.

Bizz Reviews is not responsible for whether Google publishes, removes, filters, or displays any review.

7. No review guarantees

Bizz Reviews does not guarantee that customers will leave reviews, that reviews will be published, that your star rating will improve, or that your search visibility will increase.

Your results depend on your customer experience, your business practices, and third party review platform rules.

8. Your responsibility

You are responsible for how your business uses Bizz Reviews, how you request reviews, and how you communicate with customers.

You must use Bizz Reviews in a way that is honest, lawful, and respectful of customers.

9. Enforcement

If we believe Bizz Reviews is being used to manipulate reviews, create fake reviews, mislead customers, or violate platform rules, we may suspend or close the account.

Serious violations may result in account closure without a refund.

Bizz Reviews is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. Google and the Google logo are trademarks of Google LLC.
